BACO – Retriever Mix / 1.5 years / 20kg / M-Neutered
Baco is here and is living his best life in Canada. He is an old soul and just loves to be with his people. He is always going to be where the affection is being handed out. In his foster home, he is great with the other dog, and they are like a companionable couple, without a lot of interaction, as he prefers the human contact. He has the best smile with just a bit of an underbite, just making him a bit more wonderful.
We are looking for him to be in a home with another dog and ideally cat free (believe us, your cats will thank you!)
His house manners are amazing. No begging or rude behaviour. And while he is good in the crate, he is ready to graduate as he appears to be fully housebroken. Besides walks, he loves a good nap, hard chew toys and having his chin scratched. His foster mom says he is a charmer! His manners fall short with cats, so his future home will be cat free.
He loves his walks and has great leash manners. He seems to prefer a harness to a collar, but hey, a walk is a walk, so he’ll take what he can get. Over the weekend he did an 8k hike with his foster family and later napped blissfully. He loves being with his humans, so people home most of the time is ideal for Baco!
