BEETHOVEN – Lab-Mix / 1 year / 20kg / M-Neutered
One look into his beautiful eyes, and you can learn a lot about Beethoven.
-First, you will see the love: he is so happy to be rescued and he is clearly smitten with his foster mom, and is very loyal to her. We know he’s just that kind of guy, and his new family will be the world to him.
-His eyes do reflect how smart he is too. He has already come a long way with the new way of living in a home. He is house-trained, respectful and is working on learning “paw” and “sit”
-And, you may see his playful spirit in his eyes. He is just a year old, and so happy, that he is pretty sure he can find the fun in everything! He loves to run and play and we think he could be a good running buddy for someone, once he masters his leash skills.
-Lastly, he may have the look of hunger in his eyes. Don’t believe him. He’s been fed!
For his ideal home, we’d love to have someone home often enough to ensure that he got a chance to stretch his legs. A secure back yard and a dog pal would be great to help get his zoomies out. He was cat tested in Mexico and we call it a fail. He isn’t at all aggressive, but he really wants to play, so cat-free for him! He recently met wee kids and wee dogs and he was able to modify his behaviour to be very gentle with them. However, we are advising older/sturdier kids only for this Beethoven.
