Calling all dog lovers! Eddie is searching for his perfect match—could it be you? This handsome guy has the charm and personality to spare, but he needs a little help finding his confidence to shine. Eddie loves people and forms deep, lasting bonds with his humans once he gets to know them. (He’s not one for instant sparks — he’s a ‘at my own pace’ kind of guy, but the wait is so worth it.)

Eddie’s dream family will be active, dedicated to walks, hikes, and training, and committed to building his confidence. He’s a big boy with a soft heart, equally ready for outdoor adventures or curling up in your lap for a cozy evening at home. For Eddie, being close to his humans is the ultimate joy.

While he’s great with the cat in his foster home, Eddie isn’t a fan of too much dog-to-dog time. He does well with other pups on playdates or pack walks but thrives as the solo dog in the house, soaking up all the love and attention.

Eddie has a solid foundation in training and is making amazing progress in socialization. Thanks to his incredible foster family, he’s even walking into stores with his tail wagging, ready to meet new friends. (Way to go, Eddie!) With a little more support and encouragement, Eddie will grow into the confident, loyal companion he’s meant to be.
