Karma has an absolute favourite thing in the world and that is belly rubs. As her foster mom puts it, “she’s a snuggle muffin”. She loves people and also gets along really well with other dogs. Karma was very thoroughly tested by cats in Mexico. They rubbed against her, head-butted her and seemed to do everything they could to get a reaction. Karma’s response was to flop over and ask them for a belly rub too. So far, she has been a bit different with the cats in foster care-she’s a little interested in chasing them. It seems that her reaction to cats may depend on the cat.

Karma is looking for a home with a yard. She’d be okay as the only dog in the family, but would really be extra happy to have a dog sibling. She appears to be housetrained. She enjoys chew toys and her Christmas wish list will include kongs, antlers or other chewy treats. Karma is a medium energy kind of girl and she’s looking forward to lots of quality time outside with her new people. Most of all, Karma’s hoping to find humans who love giving belly rubs as much as she loves receiving them.
