JACOB – Mini-Shep Mix / 6 months / 8 kg / M-Neutered

Like his name suggests, Jacob is Joyful, Affectionate, Cute, One-of-a-kind (look at those beautiful stripes) and Bright! As you can probably tell, he is one very playful pup! Jacob loves toys, especially the ones he can really chew on, hanging out in the yard with his people or doing zoomies! He gets excited to meet absolutely everyone and will will never walk away from a good belly rub or back scratch. 

Jacob is house trained and has impressive house manners. He sleeps well in his crate overnight, and during the day for nap time. He is eager to learn new things and is currently working on his recall and how to sit. Jacob loves going for walks and has impressive leash skills. His foster mom said someone stopped to ask them how his leash skills are so good! He is working so hard to be the best boy that he can be!

Since Jacob enjoys being so social, we would love for him to go to a home with people that are home often, are active and have a dog pal to provide daily exercise and lots of play time! He will need to have a secure yard where he can run around, play and further explore. While he hasn’t had much exposure to children, he does jump up – so older/sturdy kids would be best for him! Jacob passed his cat test in Mexico.
