JAKE – Scruffian / 2 years / 8kg / M-Neutered

It only takes one look into Jake’s dark brown eyes to be crazy for him.

So far, Jake loves his new life in Canada and he can’t wait to discover more! He is initially shy, but give him a minute and he will warm up to you. Jake is an affectionate dog who enjoys affection from his foster family. He has great energy and a fun personality as he likes to bounce during his play with toys, dogs and people! He is ready to follow his future active family on any adventure they bring him on whether it’s walks, a morning jog or any outside activity. Jake will also happily share his food and toys with anyone or any dog pal.

Jake is ready to learn and is food motivated. He is currently crate trained and is learning how to be the best pup around the house (so far, so good!) Jake also loves walks and is working on his leash skills.

Jake’s future family would have people home most of the time -the ultimate mix of homebody and outdoorsy types! He has always been with people and would be unsettled if his days alone were long. This pup would be better with older kids as he gets excited and will jump up. Jake would need a secure yard and a dog pal to run and play with. He also passed his cat test in Mexico, even ignoring the cats pouncing on his leash.
