AMARA – Mexi Mix / 1 Year / 18kg / F-Spayed

Ok….so we tell fosters to not play favourites, but here we are! Foster mom says Amara is her fav foster so far (which is incredibly high praise, considering how fab her last pup was).

Amara (and her sister Bia) has spent her entire life in the shelter, but once she got the opportunity of a home-life, she rose to the occasion. She decided instantly that she was crate-trained, house-trained, and generally the best girl! In her foster home, there is a young child and she appreciates having another youngster to befriend (albeit human form)

She loves time with her humans, so we will be looking for a family that is home most of the time. She is good with cats, dogs, kids – she really is just a good girl! She is a still a bit skittish with noises that are a bit extra, so she may not be a downtown kinda girl, and older kids may be best.
Walks and hikes and playtime are important to her, so an active family will be key.
