Naoki

Naoki – Mini lab mix / one year / 9 kgs / M-Neutered / $450

Naoki is a small guy of about 20 lbs who is very big on love! This super sweet boy already knows to sit for treats. He learns very quickly and is motivated by treats, squeaky toys and love–all the good stuff!  He enjoys chasing balls (soccer balls are extra fun!) and has almost got the hang of fetch. Naoki can’t wait to learn more with his new family. He is very quiet in the house and likes to hang out beside his foster mom while she works. He’s also doing great with housetraining and happily sleeps through the night in his crate. 

Naoki is good with cats, curious but not obsessed. He has been raised with other dogs and gets along famously with his canine foster brother but he is nervous with dogs he doesn’t know. He needs to be properly introduced  and is not the kind of guy who is going to enjoy meeting lots of new dogs at the dog park. Because Naoki is a young guy who can be timid in new situations, he needs his person/people to provide structure and gentle leadership. He would also do best in a relatively chill home with older kids or adults. Naoki would love a family who is ready to play and has lots of time to spend with him. While he’s quiet enough for condo living, this guy is looking for a place with a backyard to play in.
