Meet Sierra, she is a very young playful, loving, happy pup. She started her first 6 months of life with a nice lady. Unfortunately for both of them Sierra was just too big and too much puppy for someone with fibromyalgia. Due to this she was not socialized with any dogs and was rarely walked/exercised. This was no one’s fault she was just brought to this nice lady at the wrong time and at the wrong age.
Since being in foster care with the amazing Carla, Sierra has thrived. She is learning to sit when she wants attention and walking on leash has come a long way. Her dog interactions will take some time and she will for sure need puppy classes. She has no idea how to properly play and meet a new dog. Sierra needs typical guidance that goes with having a puppy – socializing, training classes and a bit of patience as she learns her manners. She is crate trained and is working very hard on her house training.
Sierra would make an amazing addition to a family with children 8 years and up and who have dog experience or a family who are looking for a companion for adventures/hiking/agility.

She is great with cats and dogs!
