Just like a cat, Caramelo is a snuggle-pup, on her terms. If your significant other leaves behind a warm place on the couch or bed, Caramelo knows and will scoop it before they return! She isn’t “out of the box” like this though – you need to be one of the chosen ones! In her past she was a street pup, and she does need to take a day or so to decide whose lap is worthy. But, once you are in – you are IN!

She sleeps in her favourite teens bed at night, and is happy to sleep in as any 18 year old kid may. While she is crate trained, there is no need for this in her life – she is housetrained and respectful of the home. She has earned her right to be crate free (such a good girl!). Her leash skills are a solid B (room for improvement)

We recommend an adult household for Caramelo. She loves dogs but would be just as happy flying solo as your main-chica. She is good with cats too!
