DIBS is currently looking for a foster coach to help foster parents with day to day questions. DIBS has a great process lined up, but sometimes fosters have questions that they haven’t yet cross referenced. At times, foster parents have too many applications and need a sounding board to work through them.
A foster coach could help with the following:
- New foster on boarding
- Application review
- Bio coaching (not bio writing)
- Reminders on use of existing resources.
