Owner Surrenders

While DIBS focus’ on dogs from Mexico, from time to time we are able to take an owner surrender.

Note: We are currently at capacity and don’t have room for Owner Surrenders.

Please be as honest and detailed as possible. The more we know about your pet(s), the better able we are to re-home it /them in a loving and appropriate environment. We are not here to judge anyone and we understand that circumstances change.
