ANISA – Mexi Mix / 2 years / 14.1 kg / F-Spayed

Anisa is such an affectionate, gentle and loving dog! She fully lives up to the name “Anisa” (meaning companion and faithful friend). From the moment she arrived in Canada, she’s made it pretty clear… she loves to smile and she LOVES belly rubs! Just like her rescuers said, she’s a smart one! Not only do her foster parents say she’s very well behaved, and house trained, she’s already picked up the commands sit and down! Her motivation for food will help with this girls endless potential.

The ideal home for Anisa would we a house with a yard or condo with access to green space. With slight corrections, she walks very well on leash and has a curiosity for all plants she passes. Anisa will be fine in a home with older children as she sometimes likes to jump up on her people for affection. Anisa is very independent, so an existing dog isn’t necessary. We assume she will do well with existing pets if they are non-territorial. Anisa requires a family that will be consistent with her ongoing training and setting boundaries.
