ARISTIDES – Boxer Mix / 8 Months / 11 kg / M-Neutered
Get ready to fall in love with this sweet boy and his adorable spots! Aristides’ mom was rescued from a mechanic shop, where she were living in poor conditions. He’s ready to start his brand new life in Canada!
Aristides has typical puppy energy: running around, jumping, playing with his siblings – but he also enjoys chilling in the yard and catching some rays. He is timid around new people, but once he has had a chance to warm up he loves attention, and will listen nicely in exchange for some good pats or a yummy treat (a win for training)! His demeanor is loving and sweet, both with humans and other dogs. Bonus – he’s already house trained!
In his new home, Aristides will need a dog sibling similar to his size (big dogs are a bit scary for him) who can help teach him about house life and be an energetic playmate. He also requires a house with access to a secured yard (no apartment living for this guy). He would also appreciate a home away from the city, since he’s not very fond of big trucks and traffic noise. Since he loves his people so much, he would love to be in a home with someone around most of the time. Older, dog-savvy kids if any for him, as he is not a fan of loud noises or high energy. Foster mom says he is awesome with cats.
