Ava

 AVA – Terrier Mix / 11 months / 14kg / F-Spayed

Ava has a pretty simple checklist for her future home:
– A dog pal that would love to be her mentor but also play with her (approx 2-8 years old)
– People who will be loving and patient with her (terrier experience is a plus)

In return, you’d get a dog who is so sweet! She loves to give her peeps kisses and will also wiggle to greet you when you’ve been apart. Ava is very smart and loves to learn new things; it doesn’t hurt if she gets a treat or two in the process.

Ava is a typical terrier and will communicate if she feels the need to. She is a bit wary of new people but is getting better at greetings as time goes on. It helps her to have a confident dog pal by her side to show her how brave she can be.

If Ava had to choose her favourite thing in the world, it would be her canine foster brother who she loves to wrestle/play with. If you have an existing dog that would love a pal, consider Ava!

For her future home, she’d love peeps who are home to hang out with her, a larger dog pal to play with, and older kids in the home. We would advise on no cats for Ava as she may chase them (remember terrier?)
