Chio

CHIO – Scruffian-mix / 1 year / 12.5kg / F-Spayed / $500

According to her foster mom, Chio is awesome! She is gentle, loving, obedient and smart; the perfect balance of calm and playful. And she’s up for anything as long as she is with her people. She’s good with older kids and a bit shy with strangers initially, but that only lasts a few minutes. Chio loves trail walks, is great on leash and enjoys her extended nap time following long walks. During her quiet time she is content to gaze out the window at squirrels.

Chio is house-trained, crate-trained, and great in the car. She likes all dogs she meets and her foster mom feels she would be best with a full time dog pal/mentor. Also, she does needs a fenced yard to run around in. She technically passed her cat test, but we do suggest dog-savvy cats only. As Chio loves to play, we suspect she may be up for a game of chase (even if the cat is not!). Having her people home most of the time, or being taken to work with them, is her dream scenario.
