CHIQUIS – Mexi-Lab Mix / 7 Months / 9.3kg / M-Neutered

Hello handsome Chiquis! Chiquis is an active dog who loves his people, and he’s on the lookout for a family with an adventurous side. This sweet boy is proving himself to be a smart one too, as in his short time in his foster home he has already mastered the basic commands “sit” and “down.” He is also crate trained, and would you believe, housebroken?! His leash skills are improving too.

Chiquis enjoys a good romp with his fellow canine pals, but also enjoys his time with humans, whom he looks to for comfort and reassurance (he’ll even hop up and hug your leg when he’s unsure of what’s going on). He is a little nervous exploring his new surroundings, but he can’t hide his curious side.

Chiquis will need a dog pal in his future home and will benefit from experienced owners who will set boundaries and help him learn. He would also appreciate having someone home most of the time as he enjoys being close to his people. He has been around both kids and cats without issue, so he would be fine with either (or both!) in his future home.
