CORAL – Mini Lab Mix / 5 months / 8.5kg / F-Spayed

This young diva is Coral! She is so many things, wrapped up in a beautiful little package. She is playful, energetic, has opinions on what show to watch, makes up her own rules to her games (fetch & seek, anyone?), smart, loving, shy and just all around an awesome puppy.  She lights up the foster home with her antics and whatever else a puppy brings to the table. She is crate trained (reluctantly) and she gets a lot of confidence from the canine pal in the home. Initially she gravitated towards another foster in the home, as he was an ideal age to be a playmate and a mentor. We will be looking for her future home to have a full time canine pal that is just the right age to play and not grow weary of a puppy climbing on him.

Her leash skills are coming along and she is happier on walks with another dog, vs facing the scary outdoors on her own.  In her future home, she will need a younger canine pal who can keep up with her playfulness and show her the ropes. She really enjoys the company of her people, so she will also need a home where someone is around most of the time. A secure yard would be a great place for her to get her zoomies out. So far she seems fine with cats (she just may try to engage them to play, so dog-savvy cats would be ideal). As a youngster, we expect her to scratch and nip, so she would not do well with small children in the home.

If you can see Coral as part of your family, please check out the adoption process and application at www.dibsrescue.com. Her adoption fee is $870.
