ENNY – Lab-Mix / 2 years / 20kg / F-Spayed

Perfectly imperfect Enny is looking for her forever family. Foster mom is smitten and describes her as affectionate, sweet, and playful (and chonky!).

She is one of those dogs that many people banded together to save. She was spotted on Christmas eve, in another city, skin and bones. Through social media there were many pleas for help, and due to the kindness of strangers she made her way to the shelter in Puebla. Kind dogs don’t always do well on the street, which explains her state at the time of rescue. Her rescuers got her fattened up and her scars are healing with time. We suspect she was the victim of more aggressive dogs, as she greets new dogs with some hesitation until she realized they won’t hurt her.

With her humans she is a dream, happy to live in harmony with the people around her. In her foster home, she is happy to snuggle, to play or to just co-exist. For her future home, we are looking for someone seeking their canine BFF, as Enny is that kind of girl. She is house-trained, crate-trained and very polite in the home. Her future bestie will be home most of the time and willing to spend a lot of time with her – walking, napping, playing, chilling. While she is currently living in a downtown city condo, she would prefer a more calm lifestyle with a lot less hustle and bustle.

If you are interested in adopting Enny check out the adoption process and application at www.dibsrescue.com . Her adoption fee is $750. If you are a family with kids, please check out our resources on kids and dogs before you apply. (https://dibsrescue.com/kids-dogs/ ).
