JET – Lab-Mix / 11 months / 15kg / M-Neutered

Are you looking for your new sidekick? Someone who will go through life with you, with tail wags along the way? Someone who is down for any new adventure and will make you their #1 priority? Then maybe Jet is the dog for you!

Jet has a lovely personality and foster mom loves to watch it grow everyday. He does incredibly well in new situations (albeit a bit shy at first). He has gone to breweries, petting zoos, and hiking trails, meeting new dogs and people along the way. When he’s not exploring the town, Jet is at home playing with his foster bro or romping around with some toys. If Jet had a middle name, we’d assume it was “Fetch” because he LOVES to play with his tennis balls or even catch a treat in his mouth from time to time. Check out his videos, it’s impressive.

In the home, Jet’s training is going well. He has not quite mastered house training, but his accidents are getting fewer and far between. He is incredibly food motivated so learning new skills has been fun for him. So far, he knows sit and can catch almost anything in his mouth, almost every time. Jet also loves being outside and going for walks around the neighbourhood.

Jet’s future home should be one where people are home most of the time. Jet would do incredibly well with a single dedicated owner who is willing to make Jet their right-hand man. Jet does have a lot of energy so someone who would take him out for their jogs would be wonderful! If you do apply for him, be sure you highlight in your application, your plans for socialization for Jet. Jet tends to be a bit too focused on the cats in his foster home, so a cat free or dog savvy cat will be necessary.
