Happy Birthday Joy (December 2nd!)

Meet Joy – a very sweet girl who lives up to her name completely. She is a low-key girl who would like a low-key life. While she really enjoys her people, she likes to keep things simple. Once she gets to know you, she is a sweetheart and loves to snuggle up for a good cuddle. Joy has gotten a great start with leash training, she is house trained and is quickly mastering the stairs in her foster home. She’s a smart girl and she learns quickly! Joy can be a bit hesitant in new situations, but is quickly getting the hang of life in Canada and seems to really enjoy her walks with her foster family.

Joy’s ideal home is with people who can give her lots of love and have time to spend with her. A house with a yard would be great. A dog pal would be nice too, but Joy would also be fine as the only dog. Joy would be very happy to live with a cat-she thinks cats are great. We are suggesting a home without kids, as that does increase the activity level in the home.
