KELPIE – Schnoodle Mix / 2.5 years / 10.4kg / M-Neutered

Kelpie (aka Mr Personality) is looking for his perfect home! He adores being with his humans so people home most of the time will be ideal for him. If there is a dog pal, let’s be sure he is playful as Kelpie often wants to relive his puppy years. Nothing is off limits – sticks, balls, tossing his own toys to chase (even chasing his own tail, when in a pinch for something to do). When he gets his zoomies out, he’s a happy napper, and loves to hang out in the home office.

His cautious side has him preferring quiet streets to busy roads, consistent walks over mega adventures, older kids vs younger kids, and structure over chaos in his home life. He is house-trained, crate-trained and really good in the home. He may alert bark with the sound of a doorbell. He is learning “place” as this will help him practice being calm when things occur that are of no concern to hm. He is a fast learner and has been picking up new skills quickly (we do find he learns a lot from his canine foster bro). Kelpie passed his cat test in Mexico but is known to bounce after a squirrel or two in the backyard of his foster home.
