MARSELLA / Airedale Mix / 6 years / 17kg / F-Spayed

This diamond in the rough is Marsella, and she is drawing the attention of airedale fans, which is a great thing! As she is a mixed breed, we don’t expect her to be hypo, but as you can tell by that face, she does have some breed traits. Those traits are leading us to want her future home to have airedale/breed specific experience.

Currently, Marsella is finding apartment living frustrating, which we can understand from a herding breed. She isn’t quite sure what to do with herself inside and is her absolute happiest when out for walks or playing in her neighbours yard. We have been thinking about her “vision board” of her perfect home, and we have come up with the following things for her. We’d love someone who understands her breed, has a dog pal to help show her home living, a calm quiet home with a yard (both big enough so she never feels trapped), and someone who spends lots of time outside – walks, hikes, lounging.

She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body, but we are asking for older kids only, as she likes a calm and quiet life. She loves dogs, and passed her cat testing in Mexico. She is housetrained, loves walks (will pull for squirrels), adores flopping over in the snow. No need for a crate for her as she sleeps contently on her bed all night.
