Meet Mikey, with a sweet crooked smile and the most boop-able nose!

Sweet Mikey has come a long way. When he was young he didn’t trust other dogs. Now, he plays and runs with all the other dogs in the shelter (and we’re all so proud!) He does prefer the quiet, though — let’s be honest, all the dogs at once can be a bit overwhelming for any of us! Despite his past, Mikey is super confident, walks well on the leash and loves to play.

We still have more to learn about Mikey, but we know his future home will need to be a quieter one with plenty of walks and a yard to play in. He would do okay with a dog pal in the home, but it’s not necessary. He is a tad too interested in cats, so we are looking for a cat-free home.
