Mowgli is a curious and confident guy, his favorite thing is new people. He came to PAR in May of 2017. He was found running on the highway in a very dangerous spot, and he was nothing but skin and bones. At first, he was not sure about us, but it didn’t take more than one day, and he decided people were cool after all. He is getting all the food he needs and an abundance of love, life is good. All he needs now is a family of his very own! He will be cat tested soon!
