Our buddy Newton is a super handsome, very smart boy, who is looking for his forever. His face is just so sweet that it constantly looks like he’s smiling. Thanks to his amazing foster family, Newton is learning new things every day as he settles into his routine. Despite being a little spoiled in his past, thanks to this new routine, he’s brushing up on his manners – he’s house trained, and knows how to sit and stay. We know Newton will make a wonderful addition to his future family.

Newton really likes having a dog pal in his foster home, so we’d like to see him with another dog that could match his playful energy. He also does fine with the cat in his foster home, but does finds them a bit tempting at times, so dog savvy cats only. His leash skills are really improving and he’s barking less at scary things, so we’re hoping for an experienced owner who can continue working on his amazing progress. Newton is also a bit unnerved by young kids, so older or no kids only please.
