This beautiful girl is Nicki! You wouldn’t know it by looking at that sweet face, but Nicki had a rough start in life – she and her sister Frida were found abandoned and starving in a field – she has come a long way since then! Nicki is having a great time in Canada and is adjusting to her new life like a champ – she is a dream walking in the snow and seems to embrace the cold weather. Nicki is extremely affectionate and loves to cuddle and get cozy with her people. She is such a happy girl who loves to be around people!

Because she likes company, she will do well in a home where someone is home most of the day to give her all the cuddles she deserves. While a bit unsure of new dogs and cats, she quickly warms up. Nicki loves to play and can’t get enough of her toys. A canine bestie in the home would be an awesome playmate for Nicki, and would help with her confidence. Nicki is an obedient pup whose house-training is well on its way, she is good in her crate at night (only a few initial whines) and is great on leash.
