OLAF – Pointer Mix / 8 months / 14kg / M–Neutered

How has this handsome boy been overlooked for months? He is the best boy and has yet to catch the eye of his future family. Olaf is the total package – athletic, cheerful, really loves to be around his family and friends, friendly with cats, and so smart!

In the house, Olaf is a gem. He is house trained and crate trained, highly food motivated and ready to learn new things! He has mastered sit, down, heel and off. He loves the outdoors; going on long walks, running around the backyard and car rides. He is always up for the next adventure!

His ideal home will be in the burbs or beyond. He isn’t a fan of city living and would prefer less hustle and bustle. He enjoys quieter streets for his walks – less traffic, more relaxing and serene. Since he really enjoys being with great company, he would love if his peeps were home most of the time and have a confident dog pal to play with, help him learn how to share toys and affection and build his own confidence. A companion animal isn’t mandatory for Olaf, but with the absence of one, he would need to have a lot of play dates to make new dog friends and help him socialize. Olaf has lived with cats, however he is very playful and will actively engage with the cats for playtime so dog-savvy cats only.

Olaf will need a family who can dedicate a lot of time to training, know and understand him, provide a lot of consistency and boundaries so that he can become his best, most confident self.
