OSIRIS – Lab Mix / 9 years / 15.65 kg / M-Neutered

This handsome senior is Osiris! He is a pup that simply adores his (foster) family. After breakfast and his morning walk, he sits next to foster mom’s desk waiting for her to sit down, so he can resume his daytime sleeping spot on her feet. He enjoys the company of his his foster brothers (a dog and a cat) and together they enjoy the comforts of home, whether it be a nice bed, some window watching, or an occassional scratch.
He could be the only dog in the home, as long as he gets some socialization. And, as he loves his people so, humans around most of the time will be a must. He is also doing very well with his house training! Osiris has not been tested with kids but would probably be okay with quiet, respectful kids.

Outside he does enjoy saying hello to other dogs on walks. His leash skills are good when he is calm. If he gets spooked by something unknown, we do want to ensure that he has a strong confident handler to keep him safe. City streets will never be his thing: he isn’t one for the hustle and bustle.!

We don’t know much about his history, but it’s obvious that times have not always been good for Osiris. His family will be calm, quiet, and patient to help build his confidence in people and the world, and give him the golden years he deserves. And yes, his tongue is always hanging out! Recently he had his remaining teeth removed and is loving being pain free.
