Peanut is a fantastic buddy who is an absolute gentleman with the sweetest, softest disposition. He likes to go for walks, though he would much rather snuggle up for a cuddle session. Peanut is a low energy guy who is still coming out of his shell – his playful personality is slowly emerging more and more. He likes to chew on his soft toys and has started to show interest in chasing the ball. Peanut listens really well, sleeps through the night on his bed, walks well on a leash and is house trained.
Peanut’s foster family are working through some separation anxiety, so we’re hoping his new family has someone home most of the day. We’re also looking for a home with a full time dog pal to help show him the ropes and bring out his confidence. He would be the perfect pal for a kind and patient person who is looking for a low energy, easy-going dog buddy. He is fine with cats, mostly ignoring them, and older kids who are quiet and gentle.
