The scar where her right eye once was is her badge to prove she was stronger than her abuser. It’s the only remnant of her past.  Don’t let it bother you, she certainly doesn’t! She’s moved on and you’ll know it instantly when you meet her because her loving disposition and playful nature shine bright. It also gives her a cheeky wink that we love!

She’s house trained and oh so smart! She’s quiet and calm when left alone and will greet you with her wagging tail and boatloads of affection.  She’s a dream to walk on a leash and she’s GREAT with older children, cats and dogs. In fact. anther dog companion is a must to keep Penelope happy – she loves to play with her foster siblings.
