Sweet and loving!

This sweet girl was found living on the streets. Her rescuer saw her in the rain for 4 days – tied to a tree with no food and no water, before she decided to take her home. However, her rescuer is very very poor and can’t keep her. So, she reached out to Snoopi for help. She is getting groomed, tests, and starting vaccinations. Pepa is approx 1.5 years old and 8.5kgs (19lbs). Her rescuer describes her as very sweet and very intelligent.
