Polita’s newfound zest for life is nothing short of inspiring. With the help of her incredible foster family, she’s turned her life around, and is blossoming into the sweetest girl more and more every day.

Foster mom has noted how sweet it’s been to watch her comeout of her shell and figuring out how to play. Her future owner better have a good pitching arm for fetch!

In the house, Polita couldn’t be more perfect! She is house-trained, crate- trained, great with dogs, and was good with cats in 2022, but hasn’t been cat tested recently. As her name suggests, she’s a polite girl to have around.

Polita’s future family would return the unconditional love that she’ll give them, and continue with her exercise as she gets closer to a healthy weight. She would benefit from a home with boundaries and consistency, as well as an existing dog pal who can show her the ropes as she learns how to “dog”. Polita’s ideal home would have a fenced yard for her to bound around in. She would do best in a home with older, respectful kids.
