Touluse is an adorable, playful little sweetheart who loves to be cuddled. She loves humans and thinks it’s especially fun to give people lots of kisses. She has lots of energy and loves to go for walks. Touluse would do best with active people who have a secure yard and lots of time to spend with her. She would be fine living with (or without) other dogs or cats. She would also be fine with kids, but being a wee and delicate thing she needs to be with kids who are old enough to understand how to interact gently and respectfully.
