Tractive Intro for New Adopters!
To keep your dog safe, remember to keep the Tractive on your dog and charge the battery every evening so it has a full charge to start each day.
1. Create Account:  If you are a new Tractive GPS user, you need to use this link to create an account:  How can I create an account in the Tractive GPS app?
2. Transfer Subscription: Now you can transfer the Tractive subscription to your account by completing the following steps:
  • On your Tractive account near the bottom on the right-hand side, select “Activate a Tracker”  (see image on the right with green DIBS logo at the top)

  • Enter the tracker ID (found on the back of the device).

  • This will begin the process that will automatically transfer the device to your account. Follow the prompts to continue. Your account is currently a “Premium” account.
  • It will ask you to enter payment information for when the existing subscription ends (after the first year that you have already paid for when you paid your adoption fees).There may be $1 charge that will be reimbursed to you, so that Tractive can check that it was a valid card to charge the membership to next year. This can be cancelled or changed at any time after the first year.
  • Confirmation emails will be sent to both you and DIBS Rescue when the transfer has been completed.
