We do have preferences on airlines, typically based on expenses, and some airlines aren’t cost effective for us to use for certain things. But, let us know your details and we will take it from there.
Please note that there are challenges with flights landing after midnight, with availability of customs, foster and volunteers.

We ask this as some airports separate exits with commercial vehicles (taxis, hotel vans) vs family and friends. So, if you have your hotel picking you up, we will arrange for commercial pickup of donations/crates you are taking. If you have a friend picking you up, we will arrange for a volunteer to pick up donations (different exits....so we just want to streamline as much as possible)
